That sounds like a thorough selection process! The Dominador Bance Memorial Foundation Inc. (DBMFI) ensures that scholars are chosen based on academic capability, personal motivation, and financial need through a three-step evaluation:

Examination – Applicants undergo an academic assessment to determine their knowledge, skills, and potential for success in their chosen field of study.
Interview – Candidates participate in an interview where they express their aspirations, challenges, and commitment to education. This step allows DBMFI to understand their dedication and personal drive.
Background Investigation – A review of the applicant's financial situation, academic records, and character references ensures that scholarships go to truly deserving students who demonstrate integrity and perseverance.
